Description:

This is a Stilt-Legged Flies that i found on the jack-fruit tree in my backyard. These flies constantly waves its two front legs around like sensors. These flies have a black body, and an orange legs. The size of the female one (picture 2 - 4) is about 13 mm in length, while the male one (picture 5 - 6) is about 10 mm in length.

Habitat:

- Spotted on the jack-fruit tree in my backyard. Usually, these flies can be found around the house, garden, and bushes.

- Stilt-Legged Fly is from the Micropezidae family.
