Oh and by the way, you can definitely change it from "other" to "arthropod".
I believe this is a Cicada nymph. I'm not 100% sure of species, but it looks very much like Platypedia putnami which occurs in the area. http://bugguide.net/node/view/89812 See this pic in particular, though it is at a different angle. http://bugguide.net/node/view/733980/bgimage
