Field Notes

Description:

Big fat brown spider with small fawn spots. Legs have brown and white alternating segments. Roughly 2-3 cm is diameter.

Habitat:

My doorbell. Under the eaves of the house. Birch and spruce wooded neighborhood in South Central Alaskan suburb of Anchorage.

Notes:

Icky but rather cool.
