The cilia on the combs move, refracting light and making it appear that the jellyfish lights up.

Thanks for your help. I figured jellyfish, especially small ones like these would be difficult to ID
It's definitely a comb jelly/sea gooseberry. I would say genus Pleurobrachia, but I cannot tell the species. It seems to be missing a tentacle.
I think it is a species of Comb Jelly (Ctenophora), though it is hard to tell which one.
