Field Notes

Description:

Adult jewel beetle, iridescent (not properly captured in photo) green with yellow flecks, approx. 3cm in length.

Habitat:

Landed on my dog leash; within gated property in a provincial area; subdivision about 2.3km from Dumaguete City; on a sunny, hot, and humid day, however, during rainy season.
