Description:

Small Australian Honeyeater. About 13 cm in length (5 inches). Brown and white markings on the body. With long hooked beak so it can get the nectar from flowers. They move quickly from flower to flower, and will often hover whilst feeding. The pictures here are of a male.

Habitat:

They visit my yard to feed on the various Chinese lantern flowers I have there.
