Field Notes
Description:
Yellow and black, wasp mimic fly. The eye is brown with a faint stripe across the middle. The video shows it cleaning itself. I didn't have anything to rest the camera on so its bumpy but you get the idea :)
Habitat:
Aeonium sp. in backyard. Found throughout the western US and BC, Canada.
Notes:
I finally got a series of it's face :)
