Field Notes

Notes:

This time I got a Gray Treefrog that was actually a grayish color rather than all the green ones I normally see. This frog was attracted to my moth light, looking for an easy meal.

Thanks! If I don't get one this weekend then I will for sure this summer, but the place we will be this weekend is currently having a huge storm pass over with lots of rain, so I have high hopes for the herps :)
Ashley, good luck this weekend, I hope you find one of these little beauties. I'm sure you'll see some soon, you've gotten some really nice amphibians and reptiles lately.
So beautiful!! Sadly I have never seen a wild gray treefrog, I am hoping that changes this weekend :)
