Description:
If you went to dinner at a Sand-Sifting Goby Restaurant you would have sand on the menu (sand with stuff in it like worms and copepods and algae). The food would be served in bowls large enough to fit your whole head in, there would be no knives and forks and the waiters would be snapping shrimp. A fancy restaurant would serve their delicacies with star sand while a cheap restaurant would make their dishes with the stuff they sweep up from the floor. Guardian: Nicola Giunchi
