Hi Viv. Maybe Kopsia officinalis? http://toptropicals.com/catalog/uid/Kopsia_officinalis.htm
They certainly look very similar Scott. This was only a small plant, quite recently planted (1-2 years) I would think.
Well I tried to match it but couldn't, but I saw some similarities (and I saw those cars too ;-). Here are my spottings from the genus. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6967006 and http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7184354
Just looked at Cerbera Scott .. interestingly one of the common names is Jungle Mango. I thought the leaves resembled the Mango. I've found a white form, Cerbera odallam, plus some great photos of a sports car when I Googled the name : ) Thank you for the direction!
