Description:

A very tiny leaf hopper/plant hopper. Was very smart and successful in steering away from the soldier bug and the lady bug who were making their rounds.

Seems to a "Red Headed Leaf Hopper", Gyponana octolineata
It was doing a great job of hopping around/
