This is the Dory, Paracanthurus hepatus. Strangely enough, this species is known to have the ability to read and their vocalization has an uncanny resemblance to that of Ellen DeGeneres. ;D

Also known as palette surgeonfish, blue tang (leading to confusion with the Atlantic Acanthurus coeruleus), royal blue tang, hippo tang, flagtail surgeonfish, pacific regal blue tang, and blue surgeonfish. (also known as "Dory" by every kid who's ever seen "Finding Nemo")
