Size: Aproximatelly 1,5 cm

Habitat:

Brazilian campo rupestre (Quartzite rock outcrop), Serra do Cipó National Park, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

It's probably a male, going by the enlarged pedipalps.

Look at the cobweb spider family, Theridiidae. They seem to best match your spider's anatomy and markings. This family includes the widow spiders as well. http://bugguide.net/node/view/1960
