Description:

Several yellow flowers per plant, individual flower is made up of 5 petals with several dark purple veins, each flower grows on its own stalk. Leaves are hairy with scalloped teeth.

Habitat:

wet, cool, shade, deciduous woods

Notes:

Spotted near South Tamarac Lake on north Cotton Lake road.
