Description:

Also known as Grooved Melilot, this is a herbaceous perennial with erect stems and alternate leaves distinguished by its yellow flowers arranged in clusters of 12-25 flowers. The fruits are globose, 3-4 mm, with a regular set of concentric curved ribs. The leaves have toothed stipules.
