This may be a state record for Maryland. Please consider submitting images to Bugguide.net. Also, if you have any better images of the third leg, there should be a saddle-shaped depression just below the "knee." That is the defining character for the genus Ummidia. I think I see that in one of the pictures, but I can't be positive.
