Description:

Extremely tiny wasp of about 3 mm in length. Orange and black, no ovipositor. The wings are reflecting some iridescence (the body is not green).

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
