Description:

A espécie chega medir até 54 cm de comprimento, possuindo plumagem branca com grandes egretes no período reprodutivo, bico e pernas negros e dedos amarelos. Também é conhecida pelos nomes de garça-pequena e garceta.

Habitat:

Ocorre na América temperada e tropical, com ampla distribuição no Brasil.

Egreta thula has black bill and yellow feet. This looks like Great Egret, Ardea alba.
