Description:

Adult male goldfinch in breeding plumage. Brilliantly colored little bird. These birds are also known as the Eastern Goldfinch and Wild Canary. They are also quite vocal.

Habitat:

Protected area with deciduous forest and two large ponds. Cleveland Metroparks System, North Chagrin Reservation, Mayfield, Ohio Cuyahoga County USA
