Description:
Short (less than two feet tall) ginger plant with orange flower head 5-6 inches long and ~ 1 inch diameter from which one flower had emerged.
Habitat:
Tropical insular coastal valley.
Notes:
Spotted within 100 m of Waimea Falls, alongside the trail and behind the changing rooms.
