Welcome to Project Noah! Nice first spotting! I love kingfishers. We have only one species of kingfisher here in BC, the Belted Kingfisher, (Ceryle alcyon). One was fishing in our pond yesterday.
Wild Things
Amazing focus. However, the scientific name should read Ceryle rudis.
