Field Notes

Description:

All white bird with dark legs and a pink bill with a black tip. The white morphs are fairly common in extreme south Texas, we happened upon a group of 7 white morphs all hanging out together about a half mile past a group of about 7 normal reddish egrets.

Habitat:

In the bay at Laguna Atascosa NWR.
