Description:

Moss. Syntrichia ruralis is a striking moss when moist. The bright lime green leaves have an obvious red costa and a long hair tip. Syntrichia ruralis grows on soil and rocks.

Habitat:

Spotted on sandy soil. Mediterranean forest
