Tried to key it, and reached = Lema westwoodi Jacoby, 1899 for the male, = Lema cyanea (Fabricius, 1798) for the female (!) what, of course, can't be. Several species, in the key, are not said "known from", but "described from" (Sri Lanka in case of westwoodi). I think, this is an indication that taxonomy still has things to do here . . . btw.: Commelinaceae, as leaf here, are known foodplants of Lema spp.
