Hi Pedro, I am definitely not 100%, I thought the underwing was wrong but the brownish head appeared good to me and I put it down to bad lighting and distance, I have checked the "needs ID" box to remind me to look back at it later. If you have any ideas let me know.
Hello Malcom, With its head and underwing pattern it doesn't appear to be a Circaetus gallicus. Are you sure of the ID?
