Description:

My neighbor and I were out this day looking for wildlife along the Hubbel pond Road. We spotted a Grey Wolf out on the marsh to the south of the road and the Ottertail River. But...by the time I could get my camera out of the backpack and get it turned on..he was vamoose.

So out on the marsh we snowshoed and got these pictures of his tracks. He was a very large likely male wolf. There is a small pack in this vicinity that people have reported repeatedly and hear often howling.

Habitat:

Mixed Decidous and Pine Forest.
