I've seen this bird hanging out in the pond it was pictured in for about a week

Thanks for the quick I.D. Liam - I'm new to the bird world, so I was juggling between Red-throated & Common Loon but wasn't sure. I've always been a reptile & amphibian guy, so feather variations throw me off sometimes.
