Habitat:

cloudforest, 3300m

Notes:

I spotted this in Purace national park.

This E. melagastropodium actually seems a closer fit: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ericinsf/4984659125/
I think it's some Epidendrum in "group Diothonea". E. globiflorum/restrepoanum appears fairly similar (http://www.flickriver.com/photos/colombia_birding_diego/8261847215/), but it's not an exact match and there seem to be many other species that more or less fit the bill.
