Field Notes

Description:

about 5cm. Antenna reddish and not quite as long as the body. Brown on green colour. Black knees on the jumping legs at least.

Habitat:

Nocturnal, This another species found on the Pittosporum in the dry sclerophyll forest on a ridge by the coast among suburbs.

Notes:

Like all of the other entries in this group I have not been able to identify this species after several rounds of research. File #brown katydid. These last spottings with bad images are being considered for deletion. They may not contain enough info for identification. Looks like a Pardillana but probably isn't
