Description:

absolutely gigantic weevil!

Habitat:

amazon, tropical rainforest

Notes:

There was a small group of these weevils and other insects feeding on the sap of a tree. I've never seen weevils this large, I was really surprised. The Amazon always amazes!

You're so right, that's my bad, was an accident. It's all fixed up now, thanks bayucca.
In the scientifc field should be Rynchophorus sp..
Thanks bayucca, I think that's it, definitely a Rynchophorus sp.
I only know Rnychophorus cruentatus, the Palmetto Weevil (black morph!) or Rynchophorus bilineatus.
