Hi Chris, this cool little critter is an Assassin Bug nymph. This guy is probably from Genus Zelus. http://bugguide.net/node/view/4403 http://bugguide.net/node/view/4403/bgpage There is a good chance that this is Zelus luridus since it is the most common Zelus species in the Eastern US.
