Description:

Unlike the falcons in the same family, the caracara is not a fast-flying aerial hunter, but is rather sluggish and often obtains food by scavenging.

Habitat:

amazon, tropical rainforest

Notes:

This bird hung around the cabins in Tupana Aru U lodge.
