Description:

Most of the Great Frigatebirds seen in this area are females, like this one. Females don't have the showy red gular sacs like males do, but are beautiful in their own right (quite prehistoric looking, if you ask me!).

Notes:

In Hawai'i, the Great Frigatebird is also known as the Iwa
