Coreidae, Coreinae, looks like a Nematopus sp., need to be verified! http://www.flickr.com/photos/80125969@N00/2256335039 http://www.flickr.com/photos/46984194@N00/2283741486 Typical for Nematopus are the thickened femurs (the tibiae not!).
