Hi bradonhulsey. In fact this is a "diplopod", which is class of miriapod. There are actually around 12000 species of diplopods in the World. It is called diplopod because each segment has two pairs of legs (The word diplopod comes from the Greek δι "di", which means "two"; "πλό" plo which meand "multiply by"; and "ποδος" podos, which means feet).

Yes Telse, it is definitively a diplopod. I think they are so hard to identify to specie that only if you are a true specialist can do it. As a coleopterist, it is very hard to do that !!! Thank you for your help.
