I agree with Livan. I think it looks more like Neolema quadriguttata. I enlarged your picture a bit and didn't see the black markings on the shoulders that N. sexpunctata have. However, it is not very easy to tell. Check out the links Livan provided to compare to yours. :)
Looks like a Leaf Beetle of the Neolema genus. The pic is very small, but I think it is either N. sexpunctata (Six-spotted) or N. quadriguttata. See here http://bugguide.net/node/view/40278/bgpage http://bugguide.net/node/view/196865/bgpage
