Field Notes

Description:

The plant is a perennial with a triangular brittle stems and long stolon.
The leaves are entire and toothed and are arranged spirally on the stem.
The flowers are surrounded by many supportive yellowish leaves.

Habitat:

Wood, brink of wood. Shady, humid soil. Grows throughout Slovenia etc.
