Field Notes

Description:

Small black wasp with yellow leg flashes. Body length 3mm. It was cruising the pink flowers of Urena lobata.

Habitat:

Old mullock heap with sparse low shrubs and herbaceous plants growing on it. James Cook University, Cairns QLD
