Description:

I apologize for low quality photos but this was a really really restless beetle.
The beetles reach a body length of 8-11 mm. Area behind the head is colored yellow/red and has a black spot in it center but sometimes may lack. The black elytra are covered with fine gray hair. Legs are predominantly reddish-yellow, only the tips of the legs are back..

Habitat:

Found all over Central Europe where frequently inhabit forests and its edges.
