Field Notes

Description:

Assassin Bug nymphs feasting on an ant. These 3 siblings are sipping juices out of their victim when I spotted them. They soon noticed me and began leaving their meal one by one. The last one got it's proboscis stuck on the insect so it took time for it to free itself.

Habitat:

Many of these nymphs live on the hostel wall of Bombalai Jungle Lodge, Tawau Hills Park where lots of insects crawls. Dan was in his room resting while editing and counting his spottings.

Notes:

>>>Map accuracy: 10m diameter. Spotted this during a walk alone near our hostel.
