Description:
The Plain Tiger is a medium-sized, non-edible butterfly, which is mimicked by multiple species. This fellow is about ready to emerge - the pupa casing is opaque and you can see the wings of the fellow inside.
Habitat:
The caterpillar feeds on Giant Milkweed and Blood Flower, both of the Asclepiadaceae family .
