Five-Lined Skink

Haha it's very hard! Just hope they run into a grass clump and stop or something along those lines. And you usually look pretty ridiculous crawling all over the ground after one, but all in good fun :) The Five-lined Skink (Plestiodon fasciatus) is also extremely similar, but you're just a little too far south for them.

Either the Southeastern Five-lined Skink (Plestiodon inexpectatus) or the Broadhead Skink (Plestiodon laticeps). They can only be told apart by looking under the tail.
