Quite possibly <i>Pterophorus albidus</i>, which was originally described from South Africa and which has the black spots at least very close to where these are: http://www.papua-insects.nl/insect%20orders/Lepidoptera/Pterophoridae/Pterophorus/Pterophorus%20albidus.htm
