Hi James, please correct your ID on this spotting as this is not an alligator, I have explained in my previous comment why it can't be an alligator.
Definitely a crocodile of some sort. The teeth showing when the mouth is closed is how you immediately know it's not an alligator.
of course if this is domestic it could be something else... but I'm sure its a croc.
