Field Notes

Description:

These are little snails from the Mollusks. They are the smallest snails I've seen, ranging from around a half inch to an inch and a half. They were only present in a puddle. Bigger snails were around on a dirt/rock path, but all the smaller ones were submerged and still alive. Their bodies were significantly lighter than a usual snail also

Habitat:

A little rain puddle that formed on a dirt path surrounded by grass and rocks
