Issid Planthopper

A Planthopper in the Family Issidae. They look like a cross between a turtle and a frog. It can both hop and fly very well. About 4 mm in length. What look like the eyes are actually the antennae. The eyes are very large and situated directly above the antennae. They are also cryptically colored and hard to notice. In the last picture taken from the front, the proboscis is visible. This may be the same (opposite sex?) of the previous spotting of an Issid Planthopper from the same place (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1337178252/fullscreen).
