Description:

Blue three petal flowers with yellow stamens. Grows in clusters and can reach a height of 30 inches. Lanceolate leaves have a deep ridge down the center.

Habitat:

Likes moist meadows and the edges of woodlands. These were grown in a recently burned open meadow. They are very abundant in habitats that they favor during this time of the year.

Notes:

I just found out that they are edible as well. Flowers and stems.
