Field Notes

Description:

Pink/purple flower. Very thin and a lot of petals. Yellow stringy center. Very low to the ground. Not more than a couple inches off of the ground. Not a long stem.

Habitat:

Near the trail head in tecolote canyon. Natural soil with some wood chips. Surrounded by other plants that look like they are human planted. Right off the edge of the cement road leading down.
