Hi Shanna my name is Louis.Me and my Daddy David are working on Project Noah together.Thank you for your help.I have changed the habitat for the Australian White Ibis and thank you for telling me to change the habitat.
Hi David, welcome to Project Noah! I think this is an Australian White Ibis (scientific name Threskiornis molucca). It's important to get the scientific name correct as this is the worldwide system for identifying animals, so if you're not sure what it is you should leave that field blank. Here is a great site for finding the common and scientific names of Australian birds: http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/finder Also, you say here that the habitat is 'Victoria'. Did you see this in Victoria? Your map says you saw it on the Gold Coast. It's important to log the location and the date when you saw it correctly too. Check out the Project Noah FAQs to help you get the most out of the site http://www.projectnoah.org/faq and we'll look forward to seeing more of your pics!
