Description:
A very large moth of about 4.5 cm of the Family Cossidae. The larvae of these moths burrow in wood and pupate in their tunnels. They are also called Miller Moths and some are called Goat Moths because they smell rather badly.
Habitat:
Found on the wall of a toll booth at the entrance to Arriaga, Chiapas.
